See how Leopard CRM can transform your business.

Small business usually means small resources, but does that mean that CRM in unachievable for you? Well, if you’re looking at CRM systems that are targeted at big business, then you may think the answer to that question is “yes”, but what if there were alternatives? CRM comes in all shapes and sizes, this can make it hard for small businesses to adapt CRM to their way of working. Sometimes some changes are needed to the way a small business operates to be able to adapt to a CRM system, but usually, CRM systems are designed with you in mind, so don’t let that be too much of a concern.

Yes, there are lots of choices out there for CRM. Small businesses usually don’t need more than a few users so hosted is the way to go. I’ve been reading up on this crm blog site and gathered lots of useful information.

The Books Online is starting to gain some traction in the SME market as a hosted CRM/Accounting system. We find most of our clients are up and running in a few hours …. not days or months. We are one of the few systems in the world where accounting and CRM are combined into one package, without relying on integration with 3rd party systems. The same is also true of our e-mail, diary, website and online shop functionality. Part of the complexity of some systems is their reliance on ‘talking to’ these 3rd party systems. It is rare we have to customise a system for our SME clients, and we price directly at the SME market (though larger organisations can certainly use The Books ONline).
